Charles H. Zeanah Jr. is the Sellars-Polchow Professor of Psychiatry and vice-chair of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry@the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. His research and clinical care focus on the effects of abuse and serious deprivation on young children, parent-child attachment, psychopathology in early childhood and infant-parent relationships.
