Jonathan D. Moreno is the David and Lyn Silfen University Professor and a Penn Integrates Knowledge professor at the University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches medical ethics and health policy, the history and sociology of science, and philosophy. He is coauthor with Amy Gutmann of Everybody Wants to Go to Heaven but Nobody Wants to Die: Bioethics and the Transformation of Health Care in America (Liveright, 2019), and is coauthor with Jay Schulkin of The Brain in Context: A Pragmatic Guide to Neuroscience (Columbia University Press, 2019).
