Yvette Pearson

Yvette Pearson is a professor of philosophy in the department of philosophy and religious studies at Old Dominion University. She has taught applied ethics courses such as bioethics, crisis communication ethics, and business ethics over the past two decades. Dr. Pearson’s research and publications over the past decade have focused primarily on the ethical issues emerging from interaction with companion robots in therapeutic, educational, and other social contexts.
