Thomas P. Wenzel received a master's degree in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1992. Since then, he has worked in the Energy Analysis Department@Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where he currently conducts research on vehicle emissions, fuel economy and safety.
