
Thomas Leech
Thomas Leech, a licensed civil and structural engineer, was the principal investigator for the forensic investigation of the collapse of the Kinzua Viaduct, which was commissioned by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. He received his B.S. in civil engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and M.S. in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a vice president with Gannett Fleming, Inc., and is currently a registered engineer in eight states.
