Jay Olshanksy is a professor in the School of Public Health@the University of Illinois@Chicago and a senior research associate@the Center on Aging, University of Chicago and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He is coauthor (with Bruce A. Carnes) of The Quest for Immortality: Science@the Frontiers of Aging (W.W. Norton, 2001).
