Richard T. Kouzes currently works on disarmament, nonproliferation and homeland security@the Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. He is also an adjunct professor at Washington State University. In 1974 Kouzes earned a doctorate in physics from Princeton University, where he taught and did research in nuclear physics for 15 years. He worked@the PNNL from 1991 to 1995, then moved to West Virginia University, where he served on the physics faculty and as an administrator before returning to the Laboratory in 2000.
