Rebecca S. Eisenberg is a graduate of Stanford University and Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. She worked as a litigator in San Francisco before joining the University of Michigan Law School in 1984, where she is Robert & Barbara Luciano Professor.
