
Peter Molnar
Peter Molnar earned a Ph.D. in 1970 after studying seismology at Columbia University. He taught and did research at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and at Oxford (among other places) before joining the Department of Geological Sciences at the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2001. His current research there focuses on the interactions between geodynamics, geomorphology and long-term climate change.
