Nathan Emery

Nathan J. Emery is Royal Society University Research Fellow in the sub-department of Animal Behaviour at the University of Cambridge. He studies the cognitive abilities of corvids (crows, rooks, jackdaws and jays) and apes, especially social reasoning (theory of mind) and their understanding of physical causality (folk physics). He is currently working on a book comparing the intelligence of corvids and apes.
