Michael Leong is the author of several books and chapbooks of poetry. His most recent book, Cutting Time with a Knife, appeared in 2012, and his translation of the Chilean poet Estela Lamat's book, I, the Worst of All, was published in 2009. He is assistant professor of English at the University at Albany, SUNY.
