Mark Gerstein

Mark Gerstein is the A. L. Williams Professor of Biomedical Informatics@Yale University, where he co-directs the Yale Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Program. His laboratory uses computation to annotate genome sequences, mine data on gene expression and molecular networks, analyze protein families and simulate macromolecular structures. A former W. M.
