
Karl Jan Reinhard
Karl J. Reinhard is a professor in the School of Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska and a Fulbright Commission Senior Specialist in Archaeology for 2004-2009. The main focus of his career since earning his Ph.D. from Texas A&M has been to find explanations for modern patterns of disease in the archaeological and historic record. He also developed a new specialization called archaeoparasitology, which attempts to understand the evolution of parasitic disease.
