Jessica Purcell's love of nature and outdoor sports led her to pursue the study of ecology at Williams College from 1998 until 2002. Since then, she has spent one year studying Polylepis in Bolivia and one year researching goose migration at Lund University in Sweden. Jessica is pursuing her Ph.D. in Zoology at the University of British Columbia and will continue to work in South America.
