To the Editors:
I found your Marginalia article "Will We Stop at Nothing?" by Roald Hoffmann (January-February), to be in extremely poor taste. The graphics belong in Playboy rather than a serious scientific magazine. I am appalled at the poor judgment of including such an article in American Scientist.
