Bruce Cameron Reed

Cameron Reed is the Charles A. Dana Professor of Physics@Alma College, where he teaches courses ranging from first-year algebra-based mechanics to senior-level quantum mechanics. He received his Ph.D. in physics@the University of Waterloo in Canada. His research has included both optical photometry of intrinsically bright stars in our Milky Way galaxy and the history of the Manhattan Project. For his efforts in the latter, he was elected an American Physical Society fellow in 2009. Reed is the editor of the APS quarterly newsletter Physics & Society.
