Loreta Castro-Reguera Mancera is a Mexico City-based architect and urban designer with a masters of architecture degree in urban design from Harvard University. She teaches at the UNAM School of Architecture and has an architectural design studio: Taller Capital. She focuses on the design of public spaces capable of managing water through soft infrastructure.
